These fees are shown during ticket selection and are borne by the attendee.
Ticket prices, bought via bank transfer, are not subject to card processing fees and site service fees.
Any charges applied by the attendee’s bank or intermediary banks are outside the organiser’s control.

Send the proof of payment along with the attendee’s full details (Full Name, Address, Country/Organisation, Occupation) to the official email of the conference: icatacon2026@gmail.com
Refund policy
To request a refund, participants must contact the official ICATA email address [icatacon2026@gmail.com] and provide their full registration details.
Any bank charges, transaction fees, or payment processing fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount. For payments made via card through the website (processed via Stripe), any applicable platform or payment processing fees are non-refundable.The participant is responsible for any charges arising from the refund transaction.
Refund requests submitted after 25 July 2026 will not be accepted.
