Alison Jenaway is a retired psychiatrist and a CAT Psychotherapist and Supervisor. Her interests have been using CAT with young people and parents and those with physical health problems.

Over the years she has been Editor of Reformulation (the UK CAT journal) and has written chapters and articles for peer-reviewed and non-peer-reviewed journals, and is now the Co-Lead Editor for the International Journal of CAT and Relational Mental Health.
