Caroline Greenwood Dower is an Integrative and CAT Psychotherapist. She is a former Consultant Psychotherapist in the National Health Service, the former head of university mental health services and is now in private practice for psychotherapy and supervision.
Caroline teaches on an MSc Integrative Psychotherapy programme and offers many CPD trainings in CAT, with a particular interest in integrating relational movement/phenomenological approaches into CAT.
Her recently completed doctorate addressed experiences of anxiety. She is the Co-Lead Editor for the International Journal of CAT and Relational Mental Health.
