Christos-Nikiforos Balapanidis-Parisis, MD, MSc, is a psychiatry resident at the Second Department of Psychiatry, School of Medicine, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. He is currently completing formal training in Cognitive Analytic Therapy at the Mental Health Centre of the Northwestern Sector of Thessaloniki.

He also serves as President of the Hellenic Association of Psychiatric Trainees.

His clinical and research interests include psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, perinatal psychiatry, and the evaluation of mental health services.
