Holly is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist from Aotearoa New Zealand and a Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) practitioner. She is the Clinical Lead for specialist Perinatal Mental Health and Addictions services in Te Tai Tokerau (Northland), where she works with parents experiencing complex mental health difficulties during pregnancy and the early parenting years.
Her interests lie in integrating CAT with trauma-informed, healing-centred, and culturally responsive practice, drawing on Indigenous Māori perspectives to understand psychological distress within its relational, cultural, and historical context.
Holly has whakapapa (ancestral) connections to Ngāti Maru ki Hauraki (Marutūāhu).
