Manto Agouridou was born and raised in Athens, Greece. She is a licensed psychologist and CAT Practitioner. She graduated with honors from Mercer University (USA), earning a BA in Psychology and a BM in Music, specializing in Cello Performance. She also holds an MSc in Liaison Psychiatry: Integrative Care of Physical and Mental Health from the School of Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She worked as a researcher at Northwestern University (USA), where she investigated the effects of music education on children's cognitive functioning and neuroplasticity. She has also worked as a psychologist at the University Psychiatric Clinic of Attikon University Hospital, as a child psychologist in early childhood education settings, and as a school counselor at a private school.

Her work includes publications in international peer-reviewed journals and presentations at conferences in the fields of psychology, psychiatry, education, and medicine. Alongside her clinical and academic career, she is an active musician. She has performed both as a soloist and as a member of orchestras and has been teaching the cello since 2015.

She currently serves as a cello teacher at the Public Music School of Alimos in Athens, Greece, and has maintained a private practice as a psychologist since 2022.
