I’m a CAT Psychotherapist, Dramatherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Trainer based in London. Alongside my private practice, I’ve worked in the NHS at the Munro Centre, Guy’s Hospital for 20 years, and I also teach and supervise on CAT training courses nationally and internationally. In addition to many years practicing CAT and Arts/Dramatherapy, my experiences in Physical, and Playback Theatre have deepened my appreciation of the stories we carry, the wisdom of the body, and the possibilities that emerge through creativity and play.
CAT offers a wonderful way of exploring the patterns and relationships that shape our lives, while leaving plenty of room for curiosity, creativity and surprise - a little imagination, a moment of laughter, or an unexpected shift in perspective can sometimes open a new door!
